SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message program offered by Grandpa’s Hotrod Garage, LLC, doing business as HotRod Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Program Description & Consent

When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by submitting a form, requesting information on a vehicle, or replying to us — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. These may include transactional messages (such as responses to your inquiry, offer details, appointment and transaction updates) and, where you have opted in, marketing messages (such as new-inventory alerts). Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages, except that transactional messages necessary to complete a transaction you have requested may still be sent where permitted.
